Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to guarantee smooth service flow and a positive customer experience.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams, including managing staff scheduling, conducting training sessions, and performing regular performance evaluations.
- Maintain rigorous standards of hygiene, food quality, and customer service to uphold the restaurant’s reputation.
- Address customer feedback promptly and professionally, resolving complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory control, place orders, and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective supply management.
