Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Home Automation Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves understanding and explaining advanced home automation systems—including lighting, climate control, security, and entertainment—to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales process, from initial lead generation through to deal closure and ongoing after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their specific needs related to home automation systems such as lighting, climate control, security, and entertainment solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess requirements and provide customized automation solutions tailored to each client’s home environment.
- Prepare and deliver clear, compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and detailed proposals that effectively communicate the benefits and functionalities of our systems.
- Work closely with engineering and installation teams to coordinate project execution and ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, deal closure, and post-sale support to build long-term client relationships.

Required Qualifications
