Job Summary
Potato Logics is looking for a meticulous and skilled Data Entry professional to join our team based in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time role is perfect for candidates with a strong command of Excel who are passionate about data organization, analysis, and automation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting business operations by managing data efficiently and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver insightful and actionable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets that streamline data organization and analysis. You will be expected to automate repetitive tasks using advanced Excel functionalities such as formulas, pivot tables, and macros to improve efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will gather and understand their data needs and provide customized solutions that meet those requirements.

In addition, you will create visual data presentations, including charts and dashboards, to help stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions. Providing technical support and training on Excel tools and best practices to enhance the overall capability of the team is also a key part of this role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing inventory and booking processes accurately to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A minimum of three years’ experience as an Excel expert is essential, with advanced proficiency in Excel functions and automation techniques. Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail are critical to succeed in this position. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also required to collaborate effectively with different departments and contribute to a cohesive work environment.
