Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and experienced Branch Manager to lead the operations of our food retail outlet. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 3 to 5 years of experience within the food retail sector. This role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure smooth daily operations, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the outlet’s daily operations. This includes ensuring that all processes run efficiently and that the team meets monthly and annual sales targets through effective motivation and management. The role involves strict oversight of cash handling procedures, including till cash controls and daily reconciliations, to maintain financial integrity.

Inventory management is a critical part of the role, requiring close monitoring of stock levels and fixed assets to prevent losses or discrepancies. The manager will also coordinate with the factory to place orders based on customer demand and inventory needs. Staying well-informed about all products and services offered at the outlet is necessary to provide accurate information and enhance customer experience.

The Branch Manager must remain updated on marketing campaigns, promotional events, and discount schemes to leverage sales opportunities fully. Enforcing company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational standards is vital to maintaining consistency and compliance.

Leadership responsibilities include supervising and motivating store staff to ensure high productivity and excellent customer service. The manager will handle administrative duties such as staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and team coordination. Collaboration with internal departments is required to resolve operational challenges and secure necessary support.

Regular reporting to senior management on store performance, sales metrics, and operational issues is expected. Additionally, the Branch Manager will perform any other duties assigned by senior management to support the outlet’s success.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the food retail industry is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective team leadership and customer interaction.

The role demands excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, can-do attitude. Candidates should be capable of working independently and be adaptable to rotational shift schedules. Flexibility in shift timings and willingness to accept geographical transfers within the city are also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of Rs 60,000 to Rs 75,000 per month. Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts. Having personal transportation is preferred to facilitate ease of commute.
