Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team full-time, based in Bahria Town Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in PPC campaigns and Meta Ads, specifically Facebook and Instagram advertising. This role requires developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies aimed at boosting brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. A deep understanding of digital marketing, content creation, community management, and paid advertising across various social platforms is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns, with a particular focus on Meta Ads to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales. Regular monitoring and reporting on campaign performance are critical to ensure ongoing success.

You will produce and schedule engaging content such as posts, videos, stories, and reels that align with the brand’s voice and marketing goals. Collaboration with content creators, designers, and marketing teams is vital to maintain cohesive and impactful campaign execution.

Community management is another key aspect of the role, involving active monitoring of audience engagement by responding to comments and messages to nurture and grow online communities. You will track and analyze social media KPIs and paid ad performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Ads Manager.

Staying current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in social and paid media is essential. You will also conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and content strategies to optimize campaign results. Additionally, coordinating with influencers and partners for paid collaborations and promotional campaigns will be part of your responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A minimum of four years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketer is required. Demonstrated expertise in managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and PPC campaigns is essential.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and advertising tools is necessary. Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills are expected. Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite is required. Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing funnels will be advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with Google Ads and YouTube Ads is preferred, along with basic knowledge of HTML or landing page optimization. Candidates with experience managing influencer campaigns and skills in crisis communication and brand reputation management will have an edge.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs150,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.
