Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role focuses on driving sales and promoting our design and development services while maintaining a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with technical expertise, possessing a deep understanding of both graphic and UI/UX design. You will be responsible for delivering visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives, helping us stand out in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will develop innovative visual concepts and designs that clearly communicate project messages to diverse audiences. You will manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet specifications, deadlines, and budget requirements. Utilizing a broad range of media and graphic design software, you will create engaging visuals that enhance our brand presence.

Timely delivery of high-quality work is essential, and you will be expected to incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed to refine designs. Your role will also include producing captivating graphics and banners tailored for websites and social media platforms, applying your expertise in color theory and design principles to create visually appealing content.

Additionally, you will support lead generation efforts through design-related activities, particularly within the IT design and development sectors, helping to maintain a robust sales pipeline and contribute to business growth.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and QuarkXPress. A strong foundation in graphic design fundamentals—such as layouts, typography, print, and web design—is essential. You should have a proven track record as a graphic designer, supported by a comprehensive portfolio showcasing your best work.

A solid understanding of color theory and design aesthetics is required, along with analytical skills to interpret data and extract actionable insights. Experience in lead generation and data scraping, specifically within IT design and development, is highly valued. Expertise in both UI/UX design and traditional graphic design is mandatory.

Applicants should have between 4 to 8 years of relevant professional experience and be fluent in English to effectively communicate within our team and with clients.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time position with working hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including alternate Saturdays. Flexibility to work on the road as needed is required. The compensation package ranges from Rs80,000 to Rs120,000 per month, commensurate with your experience and skill set.
