Based in Hyderabad, this role is part of ServiceNow’s Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations team, offering a flexible work environment focused on advancing the ServiceNow Impact solution. Utilizing modern UI technologies such as GraphQL and Redux, alongside generative AI capabilities, the team strives to create seamless, intelligent interfaces that enable customers to work smarter. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate extensively across teams within and beyond development to gain exposure to diverse business functions and rapidly evolving product areas. You will address complex technical challenges by designing creative solutions, including integrating AI and Generative AI, interfacing with third-party tools, and enhancing existing ServiceNow offerings.

Develop high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code while following best practices in software engineering, such as conducting thorough code reviews and unit testing. Work closely with product owners, developers, UX designers, product managers, and solution architects to understand detailed requirements and take full ownership of your code from design through delivery, including test automation.

Implement user-friendly software that allows customers to extend and customize functionality to meet their unique needs. Contribute actively to the design and implementation of new products and features, while continuously improving the existing product suite. Additionally, mentor colleagues and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of professional experience with JavaScript and a genuine passion for the language and web platform, with a focus on reusability and componentization. A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scalability considerations is essential.

Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue is required. You should demonstrate the ability to critically evaluate or integrate AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving. This includes experience using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, or analyzing AI-driven insights.

Strong analytical and design skills are necessary, along with the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
