Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Coordinator to lead and manage our diverse welfare projects, including support programs for orphans, eye camps, cleft camps, and disaster relief initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation—ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves occasional travel to rural areas, estimated at less than 20% of working hours, to supervise on-site activities. Travel expenses and additional compensation will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing detailed project plans tailored to each welfare initiative. This includes coordinating activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Regular travel to rural locations is required to oversee project implementation, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain quality standards.
Monitoring project progress closely is essential, with the coordinator expected to identify and resolve issues promptly throughout the project lifecycle. They will provide consistent status reports and updates to management, highlighting milestones and outcomes.
Managing internal teams and third-party vendors is a critical part of the role, ensuring all parties collaborate effectively for flawless project delivery. The coordinator will define project scopes and objectives by engaging relevant stakeholders and confirming technical feasibility.

Required Qualifications
