Job Summary
We are a well-established healthcare BPO company expanding its footprint with the launch of a second branch in Faisalabad. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Head to spearhead this new venture. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance and ensuring excellence in service delivery within the medical billing and coding industry. This leadership role requires a proven track record in managing healthcare outsourcing operations and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams dedicated to achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities
The Operational Head will oversee the daily operations of the Faisalabad branch, ensuring workflows are efficient and aligned with company standards. You will manage and lead cross-functional teams, motivating them to meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining high-quality output. A critical part of the role involves implementing, monitoring, and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and compliance protocols to uphold service excellence.

Effective coordination with US-based clients is essential to maintain strong relationships and seamless communication, ensuring client satisfaction at all times. You will also focus on optimizing resource utilization and streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency and outcomes. Supporting recruitment efforts, staff training, and ongoing professional development will be part of your responsibilities to build a skilled and motivated workforce.

Additionally, you will generate detailed operational reports and present insights to senior management, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have 5 to 7+ years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within the medical billing and coding sector. Strong leadership skills, coupled with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, are essential. A deep understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes is required to effectively oversee operations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for managing internal teams and liaising with clients. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and best practices within healthcare BPO environments is mandatory to ensure regulatory adherence and data security.

Additional Information
