Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with a strong analytical approach to lead our organic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in boosting website traffic, enhancing keyword rankings, optimizing conversion rates, and executing effective backlink strategies. This role requires developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organic traffic growth by conducting advanced keyword research, optimizing content, and effectively targeting user intent.
- Perform competitor analysis to uncover content gaps and integrate targeted keywords strategically.
- Ensure steady improvement of keyword rankings within top search engine results pages (SERPs) across Google, Bing, and other platforms.
- Use Google Search Console and similar tools to monitor, analyze, and report on ranking fluctuations and SEO performance.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and web developers to enhance organic lead generation through SEO-optimized landing pages and conversion-focused content funnels.
- Implement and A/B test calls-to-action (CTAs), headlines, and content placements informed by heatmaps and user behavior analytics.
- Develop and maintain a scalable, white-hat backlink strategy focused on acquiring high-authority links.
- Manage outreach campaigns, public relations efforts, and guest blogging partnerships with reputable platforms to strengthen link-building initiatives.
- Continuously improve the website’s technical SEO health by identifying and resolving crawl errors, broken links, page speed issues, mobile usability challenges, and indexation problems.
- Conduct regular SEO audits using SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to ensure ongoing optimization and alignment with best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on SEO experience in a performance-driven environment.
- Proven success working with B2B, B2C e-commerce, and business-oriented websites.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword intent, link-building strategies, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing tools.
- Ability to maintain and adhere to a standardized SEO reporting structure on a daily basis.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Faisal Town, Lahore. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Lahore. Relocation support will be provided by the employer. The role requires working in person at the Lahore office to foster close collaboration with the team and ensure seamless execution of SEO strategies.
