Job Summary
MIDCITY Housing Private Limited, a reputable real estate company based in Lahore, is seeking a skilled Legal Officer to join its team at the Lake City office. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of four years of post-qualification experience as a practicing advocate, holding a valid advocate license. Key Responsibilities
The Legal Officer will be responsible for drafting a wide range of legal documents such as agreements, letters, applications, replies, and proposals with accuracy and clarity. They will prepare and review legal paperwork related to real estate transactions and corporate matters, ensuring all documentation aligns with legal standards. Active participation in meetings is expected, contributing valuable legal insights to support decision-making processes.

Staying current with changes in corporate and land laws is critical, as the Legal Officer must ensure the organization’s full compliance with applicable regulations. Managing assigned tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines, and handling complex cases involving financial transactions and investigations will be part of the daily workflow. The role also includes conducting legal research and providing support during court hearings when necessary.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold an LLB degree from a recognized institution and have at least four years of post-qualification experience as a practicing advocate. The candidate should demonstrate excellent drafting skills for legal documents and correspondence.

Effective project and time management skills are necessary to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is crucial. This position offers a full-time, permanent contract with a tenure of 24 months. The salary range is competitive, between PKR 60,000 and PKR 100,000 per month, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
