Account Executive - Receivable

Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the financial integrity of multiple restaurant outlets while supporting the Senior Manager of Accounts & Finance in daily operations and strategic financial initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate record-keeping, timely reconciliations, and collaborating across departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Management
You will be responsible for updating receivables for all outlets using online portals and accounting software. This includes monitoring and reconciling discrepancies in Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and preparing detailed receivables reports that provide actionable insights to management.

Accounts Payable Management
Managing supplier invoices and payment schedules is a key part of this role. You will maintain payable ledgers and aging reports, engage in supplier negotiations when necessary, and conduct monthly reconciliations with vendors to ensure accuracy and timely payments.

Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
Daily bank reconciliations and monthly reporting fall under your scope, including recording and reconciling bank receipts and credit card transactions through platforms such as Keenu and HBL. Additionally, you will follow up on bank discount claims to maximize financial benefits for the company.

Payroll Support
You will post monthly salary accruals accurately and coordinate with the HR department to resolve any payroll discrepancies. Generating payroll-related reports as required will also be part of your responsibilities.

Financial Reporting & Analysis
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports is essential. You will assist in budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as reconcile inter-company balances and ensure accurate allocation of General Ledger accounts.

Operational Coordination
This role requires close liaison with outlet and operations teams to verify financial data accuracy. You will track outlet expenses, support internal audit processes, and provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the restaurant or retail sector
- Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1), Microsoft Excel, and reconciliation tools
- Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset
