We are seeking a motivated Professional Services Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on delivering expert technical support and guidance during the deployment and operation of our software solutions, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from their investments.

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture & Deployment: Lead the implementation of Securiti products within customer infrastructures, adhering to industry best practices. Manage deployments across diverse environments including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and on-premises data centers.

- Technical Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of Data Privacy and Security technologies, SQL/NoSQL databases, Linux systems, networking, cloud platforms, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and virtualization to support and optimize solution deployments.

- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary technical liaison during post-sales engagements, collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and providing expert guidance throughout product deployment and integration.

- Solution Implementation: Oversee the planning, installation, configuration, and fine-tuning of software tailored to meet the specific needs of varied client environments.

- Training and Support: Deliver customer training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to promptly resolve issues and ensure smooth operation.

- Project Management: Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to guarantee successful completion within budget and deadlines.

- Global Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams across sales, marketing, product management, professional services, and engineering to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in client-facing technical roles such as professional services engineering or technical consulting.

- At least 2 years’ experience working with large enterprises on data-centric projects.

- Proficiency in Data Privacy and Security technologies, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Encryption, Access Controls, and Data Classification.

- Strong skills in SQL/NoSQL databases, Linux operating systems, Bash scripting, Python, Golang, and Linux system components.

- Solid understanding of on-premises and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OCI, Azure) with hands-on experience designing infrastructure architectures for applications at various scales.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies, infrastructure as code, and monitoring tools.

- Expertise in software deployment, configuration, and system performance tuning.

- Comprehensive knowledge of data security, privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks.

- Demonstrated project management experience with a focus on client satisfaction.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, coupled with flexibility to work in diverse environments.
