Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Digital Marketing Manager with specialized experience in the custom packaging industry to elevate our digital footprint, generate high-quality leads, and reinforce our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B marketing, digital campaign execution, content strategy, SEO/SEM, and analytics. This role demands a proactive marketer capable of designing and implementing tailored digital marketing strategies that resonate within the packaging sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that effectively promote our custom packaging solutions across various online channels. You will be responsible for driving organic growth by applying SEO best practices to increase visibility for relevant industry keywords and boost website traffic.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other niche channels. The focus will be on lead generation and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through continuous monitoring and adjustment of campaigns.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including cost per lead (CPL), ROI, click-through rates (CTR), and engagement metrics to measure campaign success. Prepare detailed monthly performance reports that provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Use data-driven analysis to refine marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns remain effective and aligned with business goals. Additionally, oversee the marketing budget and regularly report performance metrics to headquarters to maintain transparency and accountability.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. A minimum of five years’ experience in digital marketing is essential, preferably within the packaging, printing, manufacturing, or B2B sectors.
Strong familiarity with current U.S. marketing trends and digital marketing tools is required. Proven expertise in managing digital campaigns and working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a results-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving marketing landscapes.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Garden Town, Lahore. The salary range for this position is Rs200,000 to Rs250,000 per month. Candidates should have at least one year of direct experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.
