Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Project Manager to lead our project sales team and accelerate revenue growth across both commercial and residential sectors. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the entire sales cycle—from initial lead generation to deal closure. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and client satisfaction remains high.
Key Responsibilities
As the Sales Project Manager, you will lead and motivate the project sales team to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals, supporting the company’s overall growth objectives. You will develop targeted sales strategies specifically tailored to large-scale commercial and residential projects, ensuring alignment with market demands and company capabilities. Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers will be essential to expanding our business network and securing new opportunities.
You will manage the complete sales process, including identifying and qualifying leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as project management, operations, and customer service will be critical to guarantee smooth project execution and maintain high client satisfaction levels. Additionally, you will provide senior management with regular sales reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. A proven track record of 3 to 5 years in project-based or B2B sales is essential, preferably within industries such as glass, aluminium, construction, or building materials. Strong industry connections and demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and project delivery are required to succeed in this role.
Exceptional leadership skills are necessary to inspire and guide the sales team, alongside a strategic mindset to develop effective sales approaches. Excellent communication abilities will enable you to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is expected, with experience in SAP considered an advantage.
