Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage all regional accounts activities within the South Region and Online Sales divisions. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless financial operations, encompassing funds flow management, payables and payroll processing, receivables oversight, financial reporting, and transaction analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with multiple departments to uphold corporate financial policies and maintain compliance, while driving efficiency across all accounts functions.

Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will have overall responsibility for the Accounts department within the South Region and Online Sales. This includes managing billing processes for both projects and corporate customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. They will oversee corporate receivables, working in close coordination with the Sales team and customers to facilitate prompt collections and resolve any discrepancies.

Budget finalization for the Sales and Marketing division falls under this role, along with managing funds flow and monitoring personal expenses related to the DS&M team. The position also provides critical financial and sales support to the Director of Head of Sales (DHOS) and Director of Sales & Marketing (DS&M).

A key function involves verifying sales and capital expenditure cases originating from other regions before these are submitted for approval to the DS&M. The incumbent will ensure all approvals are systematically obtained via DS&M SAP IDs to maintain compliance and control.

Managing relationships with banking partners and overseeing loyalty programs is another important aspect of this role. The candidate will supervise payment processing, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and aligned with corporate standards.

Payroll administration for the South Region, including salary clearance and final settlements, will be handled by this position. Additionally, the role supervises payable activities involving vendors, contractors, and employee adjustments within the region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CA (Finalist), or CMA, supported by a strong foundation in accounting and financial management. A minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience is required, with at least 2 to 3 years spent in a managerial capacity.

Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is essential, along with a deep understanding of project billing, corporate receivables, payroll management, and expense budgeting. Proven expertise in managing regional accounts, vendor relationships, and coordinating financial activities across multiple regions is critical.

Familiarity with banking transactions, loyalty programs, and corporate financial governance will be expected. The role demands excellent coordination skills to work effectively with leadership and sales teams, alongside demonstrated ability to lead and supervise regional teams.

Strong analytical skills and sound decision-making capabilities are necessary to succeed in this position.
