Job Summary
Salah Travels is seeking a highly skilled Senior Ticketing Agent to join their team based in Cavalry Ground, Lahore. The ideal candidate will bring 4 to 8 years of comprehensive experience in both domestic and international ticketing. This role demands strong proficiency with global distribution systems (GDS), specifically Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo, coupled with excellent customer service capabilities. The Senior Ticketing Agent will be responsible for managing a variety of ticketing operations with precision, ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Ticketing Agent will handle reservations, ticket reissuance, cancellations, and fare calculations for both domestic and international flights. Providing customers with accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules, fare details, visa requirements, and travel policies is a critical part of the role. The agent will issue tickets using major GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo, ensuring all transactions are processed smoothly.

In addition, the role includes managing group bookings, conducting fare audits, and processing refunds efficiently. Maintaining daily sales reports and reconciling accounts in line with company policies is essential to support operational accuracy. The agent must deliver prompt, professional, and courteous service to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.

Coordination with airlines and travel partners to resolve ticketing issues and manage itinerary changes is a key function. Staying informed about airline promotions, policy updates, and system changes is necessary to provide up-to-date information and maintain service quality.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have between 4 and 8 years of hands-on experience in ticketing and reservations. Proficiency in at least one major GDS system—Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo—is mandatory. A strong understanding of fare rules, ticket exchange and reissue processes, as well as refund procedures, is required.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently are essential. The role demands multitasking abilities and the capacity to perform well under pressure. While a Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is preferred, relevant experience will be highly valued.
