Workday Finance Integration Consultants / Lead

Job Summary
UST is looking for a seasoned Workday Finance Integration Consultant with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. This opportunity is available across multiple locations in India, including Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune. The ideal candidate will hold active Workday Financials and Integration certifications and possess a strong technical background in configuring and supporting Workday Financial integrations, including API development. In this role, you will lead and support Workday Financials implementation and integration projects, ensuring smooth deployment and ongoing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for interpreting and refining business and end-user requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications that drive integration success. Your expertise will be critical in configuring and enhancing Workday Financials integrations to meet client needs effectively. This includes hands-on activities such as integration setup, thorough testing, and deployment.

Ongoing production support is a key part of the role, where you will monitor scheduled jobs and reports, quickly resolving any integration errors to maintain system integrity. Collaboration is essential; you will work closely with project managers and functional consultants to ensure all integrations adhere to Workday best practices and methodologies.

Managing multiple priorities across different geographies while meeting tight project deadlines will be part of your daily routine. Additionally, you will review and supervise the work of junior integration developers to ensure high-quality deliverables. Sharing your knowledge through training sessions and knowledge transfers will empower clients to understand and maintain Workday integration processes effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Active Workday Financials and Integration certifications are mandatory. UST supports ongoing certification maintenance and growth.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in configuring and supporting Workday Financials integrations, including API development and management.
- At least 2 full-cycle Workday Financials implementations or major support projects in a technical or integration role.
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience working with core Workday Financial modules and end-to-end finance processes, including:
- Foundational Data Model (FDM)
- Supplier and Customer Accounts
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Projects and Revenue Management
