We are currently seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work on impactful projects that drive business transformation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy tailored solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform, adhering to industry best practices.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle on the platform, including configuration, customization, and creating both declarative and programmatic automations.
- Debug and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 solutions to maintain optimal system performance.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using SOAP, REST APIs, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive unit tests to ensure robust code coverage.
- Support and maintain platform functionalities, documenting processes to promote knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to uphold high solution standards.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 development, with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Proven ability to integrate external marketing tools such as HubSpot and ON24 with Dynamics 365.
- Solid background in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
- Strong problem-solving skills paired with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Experience working within Agile frameworks and familiarity with project management tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Trello.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset capable of identifying patterns and root causes, driving impactful and sustainable solutions.
- Adaptable, tech-savvy, and proactive in learning and applying new technologies.
