Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the retail floor. Your primary responsibilities include leading and managing the floor team to maintain seamless daily activities. You will be expected to uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring every client’s experience is positive and satisfactory. Motivating and guiding your team members to meet and exceed sales targets and operational objectives will be a key part of your role.

Additionally, you will oversee inventory management and visual merchandising, ensuring the store layout and product displays enhance the overall shopping experience. Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and resolving any issues promptly will also be essential to maintaining the store’s reputation for excellent service.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of five years’ experience in retail or fashion sales, demonstrating a proven track record in a similar environment.
