Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources professional with a strong foundation in Organizational Development (OD) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, and possess between 6 to 10 years of dedicated HR experience. This role demands a strategic thinker who excels in managing stakeholders and teams, capable of designing and executing impactful HR projects that align with organizational goals. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in data analysis are critical, along with the ability to develop compelling dashboards, presentations, and communication materials that clearly convey insights and project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure HR initiatives are closely aligned with the broader organizational strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop HR teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Apply strategic thinking to conceptualize, design, and implement HR projects that drive business success and enhance organizational capabilities.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, ensuring messages are clear, engaging, and tailored to diverse audiences.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights, using this information to inform decision-making and solve challenging problems.
- Design and manage projects within the Organizational Development framework to improve employee experience and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Create visually appealing and professional dashboards, presentations, and communication materials that summarize data and project results in an accessible and impactful manner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a preference for specialization in Human Resources.
- 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on Organizational Development.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and people management, demonstrating the ability to influence and lead diverse groups.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully executing HR projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Experience in designing and executing projects that support organizational goals and employee development.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and create effective visual presentations.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
