Job Summary
Shahnawaz Private Limited, a reputable Karachi-based company with over 60 years of experience serving corporate clients, is seeking a Sales Executive specializing in Technology Sales. Operating within the Technology business unit’s I.T Sales department, the company partners with top-tier brands such as Dell Technologies (Titanium Partner), VMWare, H3C, Sangfor, Microsoft, and Veeam. The organization focuses on delivering comprehensive Data Center Solutions, infrastructure solutions, Backup and Recovery solutions, and End-user Client solutions. Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding sales targets. Building and nurturing strong relationships with both principals and customers is essential to foster long-term partnerships. The role requires leveraging deep knowledge of the company’s products and services to drive sales objectives effectively.
Expanding the customer base is a critical function, achieved through maximum market coverage, account planning, and management. The candidate will prepare detailed proposals and all necessary documentation for bids. Completion of all required training and examinations within designated timeframes is mandatory to stay updated with product knowledge and sales techniques.
Timely recovery of payments and challans related to sales transactions is also a key responsibility. The Sales Executive must strictly adhere to the company’s quality, security, and business policies and procedures. Maintaining discipline and punctuality in all professional activities is expected to uphold the company’s standards.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, or a related field. A minimum of three years’ experience in a technology sales role is required, with a proven track record in corporate sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client engagement and teamwork.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills are necessary to close deals and maintain client satisfaction. Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets is a must. Proficiency in English is preferred to facilitate communication with international partners and clients.
