Job Summary
BLMS SMC (Pvt) Ltd., based in Lahore, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This full-time, on-site position requires working Monday to Friday from 6 PM to 3 AM. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our software services portfolio, with a strong focus on AI and cybersecurity projects. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation:
You will identify and target potential clients interested in custom software development, SaaS solutions, and IT consulting services. This involves proactive outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and attending industry events. Managing leads throughout the sales pipeline—from initial contact to deal closure—is a critical part of this role.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Prepare tailored proposals, quotes, and presentations that align with client objectives. Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure successful deals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless transitions from sales to project delivery. Maintain high client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with development and technical teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our service offerings. Partner with marketing to design and execute promotional campaigns and materials. Relay client feedback to internal teams to continuously improve service quality.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and developments in software services. Monitor sales performance, lead generation, and conversion rates using CRM tools. Provide regular progress reports on business development activities to senior management.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
Lead contract negotiations for software services, ensuring clear expectations and mutual agreement on terms. Guide clients through contract details, service levels, and technical requirements.
Required Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or certifications such as PMP or ITIL will be considered an advantage.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within software services, AI, or cybersecurity sectors.
Skills:
Strong understanding of software services including custom development, SaaS, and cloud solutions. Proven ability to secure new business and consistently meet sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 150,000 to Rs. 200,000 per month, complemented by a performance-based commission structure. Our comprehensive benefits package includes healthcare, a fuel card, commissions, and performance bonuses. Incentive rewards are available for exceeding business targets.
Candidates must be prepared to reliably commute or relocate to Lahore’s Gulberg Colony before starting. Experience working with the US market and knowledge of various industry domains will be considered an asset.
