Job Summary
The Support Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for guiding the support team to deliver outstanding service by efficiently resolving client, internal, and technical issues. Based in Lahore, this position requires hands-on management of daily support operations, continuous improvement of support processes, and alignment of all activities with the company’s standards and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
The Support Manager oversees the entire support team, ensuring tasks are allocated efficiently to maintain smooth workflows. They are responsible for managing issue resolution and escalation procedures, ensuring that complex problems are addressed promptly and professionally. Monitoring support activities and generating detailed performance reports are essential duties to identify trends and areas for improvement. The role also involves enforcing company policies and support protocols to uphold consistency and compliance across all interactions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is critical to facilitate communication and joint problem-solving efforts. Throughout all support engagements, the Support Manager maintains a strong focus on quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline. A minimum of three years’ experience in support, service, or operations roles is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, coupled with excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities. Proficiency in task management tools and CRM or helpdesk software is required to optimize support functions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Additionally, a pleasant and approachable personality is important to foster positive team dynamics and enhance customer relationships.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working within a multinational company is considered an advantage, reflecting familiarity with diverse work environments and global standards. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore. The salary range for this role is Rs100,000 to Rs150,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
