We are a rapidly growing company located in unique offices within the heart of Birmingham Pakistan and Vietnam, We are in need of an ambitious HR admin assistant to aid with the recruitment and retention of new and current staff.

Job Responsibility:

  • To manage Director Media & Social Media daily schedule
  • To act as the first point of contact
  • To manage diaries and organize meetings and appointments
  • To assist in organizing events and conferences
  • To ensure timely typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • To manage filing systems in soft & hard form (as per requirements)
  • To implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
  • To liaise with staff, contractors and clients
  • To coordinate with city and regional representatives as per need.
  • Liaising with the Government / Private Departments. 
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Should have command in MS Office
  • Other ad hoc duties.
  • Should be proficient in written and spoken English and Urdu
