Key Responsibilities
- To maintain the record of material receipts, issuance and stock.
- To generate PRs (Purchase Requisitions), prepare GRNs (Good Receive Notes) and posting the record in the system (ERP).
- Responsible for the staking, coding and binning of main store material and maintain its record.
- Responsible for all kind of documentation related to the department, approvals and maintain the record.
- Responsible for accurate data input in the ERP.
- Responsible for inventory audits conducted internally and/or externally.
- Examine the levels of inventory in designated section to determine the shortages and raise the demands to maintain the stock levels as per requirements.
- To keep close coordination with procurement for the purchase of required material.
- Manages, stores, and/or returns overstock, processes the return of defective or expired items.
- Receives store deliveries, maintain and update the records and report the variances.
