We are looking for a customer care representative. following are the duties that they would be fulfilling
- Handling Customer inquiries
- Staying in touch with the internal teams to solve customer complaints
- Transaction follow-ups with Customers / partners
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle back office operations.
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
