We are seeking a high-skill, talented, interpersonal, and professional full-time dispatcher.

Responsibilities

The Transportation Dispatcher is a focused and responsible position.
The main goal is to provide excellent customer service to our customers and drivers.
The Transportation Dispatcher will serve as a liaison between our customers and drivers
Deal directly with our customers/drivers either by telephone, electronically.
Respond promptly to inquiries
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Has intimate knowledge of our customers' needs
Follow up on customer interactions
Able to suggest improvements to the operations team
Able to communicate clearly
Able to adapt to changes at the last minute
