Work simultaneously on 3+ projects based on current workload
Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics
Put together disparate elements of a design, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary for a website design
Work closely with Head of Business Development for marketing, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our corporate cultures and goals
Able to give and receive constructive criticism (No emotional breakdown)
Must be willing to work in the office space of the company with the team - "No" to at-home work
Three-Month probation to review performance and attitude thus after three-months we'll have a new compensation plan based on his/her job performance
