Experience: 3-5 Years’ of relevant experience.

Education: BSc. Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

Work with JV partners or clients to participate in tender bidding processes.
Provide executive assistance to the CEO in his day-to-day operations for central region.
Schedule meetings/appointments, prepare presentations & writes minutes of meetings.
Manage and help in planning, designing and implementing the projects.
Work on procurement process, bill of quantities, cost estimations and budgeting.
Ensure safety standards and planning parameters in designing phase.
Implement and management of work, at site.
Participate in government and private pre and post bid meetings.
Compilation and submission of bids.
Prepare reports on facts & findings and present results to clients and management
Read and analyze RFP’s of project
Prepare business reports for different projects.
Check all tender advertisements in local papers on a daily basis.
Coordinate with other business verticals within the group for the relevant work if needed.
Coordinate with existing and potential clients
Supervise any operation, maintenance and construction work of any projects.
Coordinate with government departments and regulatory bodies in acquiring required Permits, licenses and approvals.
Maintain comprehensive filing system.
Assist Admin, HR and IT Support team at Head office for the matters related to Lahore office.
