Positions are Lahore based and the trainings will be provided. Job Description:
- Candidates will be required to perform medical billing for off shores doctors.
- Communicate proactively with clients via telephone & emails.
- Communicate with insurance companies & follow up on medical claims.
- Extract information from insurance websites (eligibility & claims).
Essential Requirements:
Candidates are required to work accordingly in a week from Monday to Saturday (Rotating Shifts).
Candidates should have sound knowledge of using computer, internet and also Microsoft Excel & Word.
Fresh Candidates must have at least Excellent spoken & written English skills.
Experience in medical billing is a plus point but fresh candidates with basic English communication skills will also be given a chance to build & groom their career.
- Prepare client’s reports on daily & weekly / monthly basis.
- Handle complaints by utilizing best customer service skills.
- Follow up, completion, correction and processing of doctor’s insurance claims.
- Candidates with Call Centre background & fresh candidates with Excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
