Exciting Opportunity: Dispatch Manager Position with Growth Potential

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Dispatch Manager to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the transportation industry and looking to develop a career in logistics.

As our Dispatch Manager, you will be responsible for a range of critical duties, including:
Onboarding new truckers using recommended channels to expand our pool of reliable drivers.
Researching and identifying profitable gross loads by analyzing market trends and negotiating with brokers on behalf of our truck drivers.
Assigning loads to drivers while ensuring all relevant paperwork is accurately completed, including Rate Confirmations, Proof of Delivery (POD), and Bill of Lading (BOL).
Signing up with brokers when necessary and handling factoring company matters as required.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, previous experience in the transportation industry and familiarity with logistics software is preferred.
12+ months of experience in USA truck dispatch
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Load Boards
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with federal and state transportation regulations
Bachelor's degree preferred
