Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic Restaurant Area Manager to be responsible for meeting all restaurant’s revenue, profitability and company realistic goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain right production, productivity, quality & customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for entire operation of the restaurant including front-of –house & back-of-house.

·         Deliver high standards, supervise guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.

·         Respond efficiently to customer complaints and take corrective action immediately.

·         Maintain & offer best quality of products all the time.

·         Organize & supervise team during shifts

·         Conduct and supervise regular staff meeting and training.

·         Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedbacks to keep them  more productive.

·         Assist and contribute in HR development and recruiting “right people for right job”.

·         Estimate consumption, forecast sale and maintain inventory.

·         Conduct Local Store Marketing (LSM) and successfully promote products and brand image.

·         Monitor and deliver compliance practices with sanitation and safety as per HACCP .

·         Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example.

·         Monitor operation and initiate correct action.

·         Maintain SOPs and complete document/papers as per local laws.

·         Should have basic knowledge of Franchise Business

·         Should have proven success record of Business Development in retail segment

·         Capable to prepare demographic report.

·         You are also responsible for all the operations task in multiple stores.

Requirements:

·         Must have 3 to 5 years of proven success working experience as Restaurant Manager.

·         Demonstrated career experience in customer service management preferable in franchised unit.

·         Possess extensive knowledge of food and multiple cuisines

·         Familiar about demographic and eating habits of local market.

·         Proficiency in English language.

·         Computer literacy and having good understanding with restaurant Management software.

·         Strong leadership , motivational and people skills.

·         Acute financial Management skills.

Able to lead , operate and deliver jobs  in challenging situation.
