Responsibilities:

Promoting the expansion of business with the Current Clients.
Ensures all Community Building Responsibilities are fulfilled timely by the team. This includes Scheduling of content, Posting, proofreading, Query Management, etc.
To continue to monitor and review the processes and skills of the team ensuring the clients receive the best-in-class service.
Ensures all monthly/budget reports, monthly/quarterly/annual plans.
Obtains client approval by presenting final layouts to the client
Following Agency policies and procedures and ensuring the same from the team.
Being sufficiently informed and personally involved, ensuring sound planning, good service, and a solid agency relationship.
Keeping management informed of the status of his group’s accounts, problems, plans, and meetings, as well as involving Management personnel at key times.
Ensures the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure goals are achieved.
