·         Formulate quality policies and monitor the proper implementation of these policies through proper SOPs and checklists.

·         Implement and sustain quality and product consistency.

·         Ensure the integrity and consistency of raw material.

·         Prepare and Maintain documentation of all the sections come under Quality department.

·         Implement complete production feedback program and regulate it.

·         Visit all the locations periodically and ensure sustained implementation of Quality policies through SOPs.

·         Provide ongoing guidance, supervision, and vision to support comprehensive quality and food safety programs and ensuring continuity of business according customer and regulatory expectations.

·         Standardization of product recipe.

·         Assist and conduct chef training programs.

·         Communicate quality assurance related information with subordinate and guide them.

·         Supervise and lead quality control supervisors and coordinators.

·         Ensure implementation of the quality policy in the industry to satisfy the rules that apply with respect to HACCP and food safety.

·         Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analysis.

·         Oversee finished product microbiological program and environmental program including issue investigation and follow-up.

·         Conduct internal Quality audits.

·         Check and ensure the implementation of GMP and GHP.

·         Lead HACCP, Food Safety and Food Defense Teams.

·         Prepare HACCP plan for each product.
