Greet and assists customers entering/leaving the cafe/ bakery
Manage customer complaints and queries and resolve them in a timely manner
Provide product knowledge to the customers
Guide the customers about the different products and ongoing Promotions.
Coordinate with relevant departments for settling customer queries.
Manages wait list during peak revenue periods
Keep café/ bakery area neat and tidy
Comply with the Kitchen Cuisine Policies, Procedures and Code of Ethics

We currently operate three restaurants under the KC Grill brand name, with additional restaurants in the pipeline. We are also the leading In-Flight Catering services provider in Pakistan, currently operating from Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad and Sialkot Airports. We are also extending our business arma in Event Catering, Frozen Foods, and our "KC on the Go" outlets at leading Petrol stations in different cities.
