Managing end-to-end payroll, records, and relevant documentation.
Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
Processes the company’s payroll every month.
Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
Provide payroll processing back-up support as and when required.
Partner with finance to maintain the payroll database.
Verification and reconciliation of monthly payroll.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

We currently operate three restaurants under the KC Grill brand name, with additional restaurants in the pipeline. We are also the leading In-Flight Catering services provider in Pakistan, currently operating from Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad and Sialkot Airports. We are also extending our business arma in Event Catering, Frozen Foods, and our "KC on the Go" outlets at leading Petrol stations in different cities.
