Insubordination of Manager HR, the Senior HR Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations.

Managing end-to-end payroll, records, and relevant documentation.
Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
Processes the company’s payroll every month.
Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
Provide payroll processing backup support as and when required.
Partner with finance to maintain the payroll database.
Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll.
Performance appraisal and review.
Processing of employee loans and salary advances applications.
Processing of final settlements of employees.
