- Lead and execute independently small to medium size assignments. Interact with staff at various levels within the organization and provide value-added recommendations to the business.
- Candidate is responsible of Hand on Food cost analysis
- Candidate is responsible of Assist the line manager in developing and executing annual internal audit plan;
- Candidate is responsible of Prepare and execute audit programs covering all risk areas and plan audit tasks to adhere to overall audit time constraints and budgets;
- Candidate is responsible of Implementing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operational effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable regulations;
- Candidate is responsible to Assist in ensuring the efficacy of risk management procedures that are currently in place;
- Candidate is responsible to Perform walkthroughs of key areas of the business, identify areas for improvement and suggest remedial actions to the management accordingly;
- Candidate is responsible to Assist the line manager in the formulation or amendment of the audit program for newly identified risks or changes to initial risk assessments for all assignments;
- Candidate is responsible to Prepare and execute the Audit Planning Memorandum, including scope, objectives and methodology for the specific areas as agreed with the Internal Audit Manager prior to the execution of audit assignment;
- Candidate is responsible to Execute and complete each audit assignment, (independently or in a team) within the budgeted time frame, including properly documented/indexed and cross-referenced Audit working papers;
- Candidate is responsible to Analyze, provide insights and evaluate the productivity, potential and non-productive areas of the business and recommend improvements to optimize the operations;
- Candidate is responsible to Document audit methodology, tests and evidence to support findings and conclusions prior to issuing the audit report;
- Candidate is responsible of Draft findings identified during the assignment, update all findings raised in the report in the audit management system agree on actions with the Line Managers (prior to the completion of the audit fieldwork) and follow up on implementation status;
- Candidate is responsible to Perform pre and post transaction audits;
- Candidate is responsible to Conduct month and year end stock counts of raw material, work in process and finished products;
- Candidate is responsible of Formulating any report/ statement as required by the manager.
Reporting Line: This position is within the Internal Audit & Operations Efficiency Department and reports to the Internal Audit Manager.
Perform Financial, Operational, and Compliance audits in specific areas of the business to identify and recommend improvements to better manage risk exposures. Be accountable for and provide support in the execution and completion of audit assignments in line with the approved annual audit plan.
