- Preparing Gate passes and scrutiny all the relevant documents.
- Maintain all record in proper manner.
- Data Entry in the computer of the vehicles Time-in, Time out and weight of Vehicles etc.
- Record keeping of inward and outward gate passes.
- Coordinate with finance department regarding freight payments.
