Experience:
- 10 years’ experience in JCIA accredited organization or experience of getting JCI accreditation for an institution
- Hands on experience in Patient Safety systems, Risk Management, clinical & non-clinical performance indicators, credentialing & privileging of medical staff
- Proven ability in quality & process audits and improvement projects, satisfaction surveys, policies and procedures as per JCIA Standard
- Proven ability in conducting JCIA related audits and accreditation
- Proven ability in conducting audits for compliance with Healthcare Commission’s Standards
- Proven ability in conducting clinical and operational audits quarterly/Annually
- Strong customer service orientation
Age: 30 To 40 Years
Salary: Market Competitive
Education: MBBS/MSN/MBA,
Master in Quality Management preferably Foreign qualified.
Certification: CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma, QMS Lead Auditor
