Overview: To manage Cotton & Fiber stock in warehouse, effective control over the issuance/Receiving/Storage/ Capacity Utilization of Cotton & Fiber & optimization of inventory control procedures

Job Context:

Job requires supervision in business activities related to inventory control
Effective Capacity Utilization
Job requires accurate receiving/Issuance of Cotton and Fiber required for the process
Job requires effective comparison of physical stock with system stock to avoid hindrance in production areas
Job requires timely and justified issuance of material
Job requires smooth flow / transfer of inventory
Job requires effective coordination with marketing and production department for orders / utilization of leftover stocks

Job Responsibilities:

To coordinate with Supply chain & planning department for inventory optimization.
To adopt ways for cost optimization.
Safeguarding of inventory which is related directly to core business activity
Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures
Effective Capacity management and Utilization
To designate operational work to team members
Effective utilization of staff
To make sure safety for team members & Stock
Effective and efficient capacity utilization
Accountability for any discrepancy in stock
Taking daily updates of issuance and receiving of Cotton & Fibar from concern person.
To suggest and implement necessary system to cover overall flow of inventory
Identification of pilferages and wastage in inventory.
Timely analyzing the incoming flow and consumption of different types of inventories and take necessary steps regarding slow and dead inventory items
Monitoring HSE standards, no accidents and incident in area of inventory
Suggest improved security and storage procedures to reduce loss and theft
Building positive relationships with internal and external customer
Ensure the conduct cycle stock regularly
