Responsibilities:

Accounting Policies: Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Financial Statements: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with Real Estate Standards.

Accounts Management: Efficiently manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments, to optimize cash flow.

Reconciliation: Monitor and reconcile bank statements and Client Transctations transactions to maintain financial accuracy.

Tax Compliance: Prepare and file taxes in adherence to local laws and regulations, ensuring the company's good standing with tax authorities.

Financial Guidance: Provide valuable financial insights and guidance to senior leaders, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate industry.

Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Team Management: Proven experience in managing accounting professionals and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex financial issues.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
