Responsibilities:

Inbound Calling Experience
Overseeing the patient service process
Resolving patient complaints brought to your attention.
Creating policies and procedures & Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
Conducting quality assurance surveys with patient and providing feedback to the staff.
Possessing basic US Healthcare knowledge to enhance patient support.
Maintaining a pleasant working environment for the team.

Customer Support Executive Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in administration or related field.
A minimum of 2 years' experience.
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Ability to lead a team.
Knowledge of CRM systems.
Basic Computer skills.
Knowledge of US Healthcare IT is preferable.
