Customer Support Officer

We are an American Clientele based medical services company looking for experienced customer service executives having proper fluent English with neutral accent, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail with good work ethics for our night team in a long-term permanent campaign.

NO SALES CALLS! ONLY INQUIRY CALLS!

Job responsibilities would include answering incoming calls, answering customer queries, booking appointments, transferring calls to relevant department in case of a complex issue.

Between 18 to 35 years old.
