We are looking for Creative Graphic Designer / Video Editor for our Real Estate Business.

This position will work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to support marketing strategies and social media content.

Responsibilities

Create marketing materials including flyers, Social media banners, presentation packages, website updates
Demonstrates a genuine interest in the work, have meticulous attention to detail, and good design skills.· Works on additional special marketing projects such as property events campaigns
Assists with corporate and regional services team administrative responsibilities when necessary.· Newsletters· Video editing· Social Media Posts· Banner Designs and different tasks if needed.

Required Skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Candidate should be able to work with little supervision, by problem-solving using strong written and verbal communication skills
