Our Company:

App Developers R US, Based in Burlington, New Jersey, designs, manufactures and sells innovative lifestyle products. Headquarters is in USA and Development office is in Lahore Pakistan.

The Role:

A Software Project Manager at App Developer R US will coordinate across disciplines to ensure that projects hit all their milestones and our products come out great. You'll work on collecting requirements, inspiring designers and engineers through their process, and ensuring that projects are properly brought to market. Should be self-driven, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This position is located in our new lahore studio which works with our headquarters in Burlington, NJ.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate communication between stakeholders across departments to ensure that projects are achieving company-wide goals
Ensure that projects come in on time and on budget, while maintaining scope
coordinate between internal UX design & software engineering resources and external help to get our projects done
Identify risks and propose effective solutions
Help manage tickets/issues during the tracking process
Conduct post-mortem meetings to capture oppertunities to improve our process
Provide backup support to EPM's on ID/ME projects if needed

Requirements:

Bachlor's Degree, Engineering/Computer Science preferred
4= year of project or program management experiance, preferably in software development, apps(games,messaging, or e-commerce)
Knowledge of iOS and Android app development
Experiance managing internal and external resources
Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
Ability to organize and inspire a wide variety of personalities and desciplines
Present status every week to the headquarters in a professional manner.
