Learning Edge is looking for seasoned HR professionals in Karachi and Islamabad to market /sell its online learning solutions to companies across Pakistan. Key role requirements are:
1. 3 to 4 years experience working in the Training, Learning & Development Function of a large corporate.
2. Strong understanding of corporate learning and development needs
3. Demonstrated experience in conducting learning needs analysis and developing training programs for companies
4. Deep knowledge of online training platforms.
5. Very strong written and verbal communication skills in English
