- The Legal Officer will not be representing any of the beneficiaries in Court but will provide support and advice to the beneficiaries of the project in pursuing the only the civil cases (No Criminal Cases).
- Analyze legal cases & prepare reports. Maintain records of all the legal cases being supported under the project in the target area.
- If necessary, drafting and reviewing of legal documents and examine the cases and Identify key legal issues.
- Keeps the higher management fully informed of all new developments and keep all levels of management informed about any new applicable laws, and of the progress and results of court cases all over the country.
