Overall objective:

Navigate the e-commerce business legislative matters and regain the business through, category approvals, listings reinstate, infringement and copyright cases, appeals and other account risk management services.

Area of Expertise:

Listing reinstate, Category Approvals, Intellectual Property infringement, and copyrights cease & desist cases, Patents to perform searches and render registrability opinions, corporate compliance
Excellent knowledge/understanding of Amazon policies, TOS and in dealing with Seller Performance matters
Experience working with complex e-commerce litigation matters, Listing reinstate, Category Approvals, Intellectual Property - infringement and copyrights, cease & desist cases, Patents to perform searches and render registrability opinions, corporate compliance
Effective analytical skills with the ability to review and organize numerous documents in complex legal matters.
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to professionalism and collegiality.
Ability to manage numerous cases and/or projects under time-sensitive deadlines.
